Version of October 7, 2026.
This is a translation. If there are any differences between this version and the Spanish one, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms are the agreement between you and Abel Diaz Sepulveda (“we” or “us”), who provides Fomo. By creating your account, you accept them. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s standard license agreement for App Store apps.
Fomo helps you make plans with your groups: everyone sees the group’s plans and when the others are free, without seeing what they’re doing. You join a group with a code from its admin.
You must be 16 or older. If you use Fomo on behalf of another person or an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
Use accurate information and a password you don’t use anywhere else. Your account is yours alone: you’re responsible for what’s done with it. If you think someone has gotten into it, change your password and email us.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete My Account.
Fomo has zero tolerance for offensive content and for anyone who abuses others. You may not post or send:
You also may not try to get into accounts or groups that aren’t yours, guess invite codes, get around the app’s limits, or attack, copy or overload the service.
You can report a plan, a group or a person from the app, and block someone to stop seeing their plans. We review reports within 24 hours. If something breaks these terms or the law, we may delete it, remove someone from a group, or suspend or close their account. We’ll tell you what we’ve done and why, and you can ask us to review it again by emailing soporte.fomo@icloud.com.
Our point of contact for users and authorities, including for reporting illegal content, is soporte.fomo@icloud.com. We can help you in Spanish and in English.
What you write in Fomo (plans, group names, nicknames) is still yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose (your groups), only so that Fomo can work. That permission ends when you delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
You can buy Fomo Pro in the app, as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time purchase (“lifetime”). Before you pay, the app shows what’s free, what’s Pro, and the price. Purchases are handled by Apple through your App Store account:
We do our best to keep Fomo running smoothly at all times, but there may be outages or errors. What you see of each person depends on what that person has in their calendar and on whether they’ve connected it: Fomo doesn’t guarantee that someone is actually free.
Fomo doesn’t replace your calendar or a backup: keep anything important in your own calendar too.
We may change Fomo or these terms. If a change affects you, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
If Fomo ever shuts down, we’ll let you know in the app at least 30 days in advance, so you can download your data (Settings → Download My Data).
We’re liable for any damage we cause, as provided by law. We’re not responsible for what other people post or do in their groups, or for whether a plan happens: everyone decides what they go to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If there’s a dispute, you can go to the courts where you live.
